Dr. Joshi is a veteran of telehealth, previously working at Doctor on Demand as one of the first physicians and Assistant Medical Director when DTC telemedicine. She was then Medical Director of telehealth at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, a tertiary academic hospital with one of the earliest and largest telemedicine programs in the country honing her multi-faceted experience in virtual care operations, quality assurance, provider training, medical education and implementing new programs and digital health use cases.
Nationally, she serves as the Chair for the Telehealth committee of the American College of Emergency Physicians, chairs the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine’s Telehealth Fellowship Committee, part of the American Telemedicine Association's research review committee and an Advisor for the AMA’s Digital Payment Advisory Group.
