In healthcare, digital transformation is impersonal.

Clinicians deserve better.

Aditi U. Joshi, MD, MSc is the CEO of Ardexia, a company tackling the billion-dollar problem of clinical adoption. She is also a global digital health strategist, bestselling author, and emergency medicine physician. She co-authored Telehealth Success: How to Thrive in the New Age of Remote Care, whose model is used worldwide to build and scale digital medicine programs.

Her ethos: technology promises to break down the barriers between clinicians and quality care delivery and between patients and good health.

But when digital transformation focuses on technical nuts and bolts rather than human hearts and minds, it can hurt the people it’s supposed to help. Clinicians face interrupted workflows, which affects morale, patient care, and the entire healthcare ecosystem. Dr. Joshi works to help fix that gap for a better and more equitable future health care system.
